Kristi Erickson

Kristi Erickson is the Founder & Managing Director of Mosaic Talent, a Dallas-based Strategy & Management Consulting firm. Mosaic Talent partners with entrepreneurial companies to help them unleash their capacity and take action that ignites growth.

At Mosaic, Kristi helps her clients align their processes, organization structure, talent and culture to deliver on their business strategy and scale their business. She has years of experience designing and enabling strategic alignment across a variety of industries.  She is committed to the success of her clients – both individual leaders and their organizations.  

 Prior to launching Mosaic Talent, Kristi was a Partner at Accenture and held a variety of leadership roles. She was also the Chief HR Officer of Service Source and a Partner at People Results. 

 Kristi is actively committed to making an impact in her community and serves on the board of Dallas Afterschool and Texas Partnership for Out of School Time (TXPOST).  She is a member of the Dallas chapter of Conscious Capitalism.

Kristi loves spending time with her family, travel, yoga and reading.
